I AM PHIL GERARD: A certified expert in building sales operating systems with 40+ years of serving businesses. I created this practice to help business owners move beyond founder-driven selling and build the structure required for predictable, scalable revenue.

BEFORE LAUNCHING PREMIER GROWTH: I spent decades in senior sales leadership roles across technology, manufacturing, distribution, electronics, and complex channel environments. I have rebuilt struggling teams, led successful turnarounds, and participated in multiple ownership exits. These experiences shape the operating principles I use with every client.
